Synopsis

Set in the heart of Laweyan, Surakarta, the story follows Arum Cahyaningtyas, a spirited young journalist determined to uncover the truth behind unsettling rumors about the exploitation of women workers in the batik industry. Her investigation leads her to an unexpected encounter with a reserved yet thoughtful poet, Abimana Paramudya. Despite their contrasting worlds, his rooted in reflection, hers in relentless pursuit, their paths intertwined through a shared curiosity and growing admiration.

As Arum dives deeper into the realities of Batik artisans, Abimana becomes her quiet companion and creative confidant. Through their journey, Arum begins to understand that love is something that we all inherently deservewhile Abimana learns the intricacy of love. Together, they cherish each moment they share in discovering life's purpose.
